No Show Policy
You will be charged 50% of your total service cost if you no-show.
LATE Cancellation Policy
You will be charged 50% of your total service cost if you cancel less than 24 hours of your service. We require a minimum of 24-hours notice for cancellations.
New Color Client Deposit Policy
We require a $50 deposit for all new clients booking color services via telephone or text. The deposit is applied toward your service total the day of your appointment. This does not apply to online booking, a credit card is required to book online.

Redo Policy
We care deeply about your experience and service at Snapdragon. If we fail to meet your expectations, please call the salon and request a redo within ten days of your original appointment date. Your service will be booked with your original service provider in order to protect the integrity of your lifting pattern, established goals, consultation details, etc.
Extension Installation Policy
In-person consultations are required for extension services. A 50% deposit for the cost of hair will be required at time of booking, upon completion of consultation and color matching. The deposit will be applied toward your service total the day of your appointment.
Color Correction Policy
You may be asked to sign a color correction policy. The purpose of this policy is to ensure expectations are clearly communicated by the stylist and understood by the guest. This is only required for major changes that will require multiple sessions over a period of time in order to achieve color goals. Our top priority is maintaining the integrity and health of your hair.
